YouTube Syncing

Hi,
I’m having some trouble getting my latest YouTube video to show up on my website. Typically it refreshes once an hour at the half of the hour, but it’s been two hours and it’s still not showing up. How can I adjust the refresh rate for the YouTube API and/or manually spin the wheel to try to get the video to populate?
Thanks,
Frednectsta 1 year agoThanks, iHor.
I’ve checked the API Key & Channel ID for YouTube, and they both match. I have a test video that should be showing up, but it’s not. Even when manually syncing by using the “Save Changes” on the settings/integrations page. I’m not sure what’s going on. We publish a lot of videos, would be nice to get this resolved so I don’t have to manually add them all. I can’t think of anything that’s changed that might be affecting the syncing.
nectsta 1 year agoI’ve also tried disabling all my plugins and manually syncing by saving changes in the integrations tab to see if there was some kind of conflict. Do you have any other ideas what could be going on or how I can investigate what’s going wrong?
nectsta 1 year agoYeah it’s still not right, and I’m not sure how else to troubleshoot it. I’ll send an email now. I’m at a point where I need to either manually add YouTube videos for our show this week though. If we get it working again, will there be duplicate videos for the YouTube videos added manually vs. the synced versions?
nectsta 2 months agoHi Ihor,
For some reason this has happened to me again. I wish I knew how to find out what the API was returning… I haven’t made any changes since the last time it worked. I confirmed the YouTube Channel ID as well as the API key (which isn’t restricted or anything). We upload new videos every week. It worked last Thursday when I uploaded a promo video, but the videos that published this morning aren’t showing up, and I can’t get them to load by going to Theme Options/Integrations and clicking save.
If there’s anything you can do to help me figure out what’s going on, I’d really appreciate it. I’m kind of at a loss :/
Thanks again for everything.
I have a WP admin account for you still:

Best,
Fred
