Upload favicon and logo

  I am trying to upload the logo and favicon – i did upload, but the logo and favicon is not changing. Please advice.

  I managed to get it uploaded and it has been updated in the site. However, the logo is too big and hence is covering more than required on the screen – 4267*961px. Please advise what is preferred size?
