uncaught Error: Call to undefined function get_header()

    We are getting uncaught Error: Call to undefined function get_header() at themes index.php line 2 i.e. at get_header();

    Some people suggested to use “if (!defined(‘ABSPATH’)) exit; get_header();” for the above.

    Please suggest!
