I’ve tried reaching out a few times this week via email, but I haven’t been able to get anywhere on this issue. It seems that emails for user registration/password change etc… via the my account button/link contain the variable names instead of the actual values they represent for each user. For example, registered users receive an email like this:
Hi %name%! Thank you for registering, here’s your password: %password%
Hi Fred! Thank you for registering, here’s your password: Password123
I have done a conflict test on a copy of the site deactivating all plugins but the issue was still there. Also I turned on debugging in WP but a debug.log file wasn’t generated. Has anyone experienced this or know what I can do to fix it quickly? I’m in a bind for time, as our show is set to air tomorrow. Anything anyone can do to help me would be greatly appreciated. If someone from Themex gets this in time, I have sent an email with credentials and other information.
