Just displays as the shortcode itself [contact-form]…for speed I dropped in a plugin to create my form and its shortcode seems to work, so think it must be something theme-related? I’d like to be able to use the built in theme forms, however…suggestions on what to check?
It might be a plugin – I’ll do some testing. I’ll also try some other shortcodes from the theme and do it on a test page that doesn’t have anything else on it. I did verify I was using the right shortcode [contact_form] and that the fields were filled out ie Name/Text (the submit button shows up, but not the fields). I’ll get back to you one way or the other!
