Search page title

  After searching for results the title on the results page shows as Search results for “” – is there a way to show the search criteria instead of just “”

  Also if there is more than one page of search results the title reads as 404. The results and the page show correctly but every page after the first show as 404

  No luck with this unfortunately, I used the plugin and applied the snippet, changing the custom title, but it makes no difference anywhere. Whenever there are multiple search result pages it shows:

  Page 1 title= Search Results for “”
  Page 2 title = Search Results for “” | Page 2
  Page 3 and beyond title = 404 (not even search results wording)

  So it recognizes up to page 2 then stops, even though it generates the correct results.
