Paypal adaptive payments

    Please help! When customers go to checkout and use the paypal adaptive payment option to pay, it doesn’t go to paypal but instead, it says “An error has occurred while processing your payment, please try again. Or contact us for assistance.” I have tested this myself and that’s what it says! What do I do?? Please help!
