I am having an issue with the Password reset.. If the user clicks on the Support Wheel and puts his email address he gets an email with a text link (not clickable)
The link the get is:
after they go to that link they end up in
Where they have to put in their email again and then get the actual reset password email
I am assuming that the Key value for resetting the password is not being generated from the front-end.. That’s why its working when they generate it from the wp-login.php page but not from the index.php…
I added the link the way you have it here and update to the lastest version.. But I am still getting the same error…samirbridi 10 months ago
I am having problems where many users are reporting that the link to reset the password is displaying as invalid key.
What can I do to fix this?
