I want to offer a free track that they visitors can download off the artist page. I can’t seem to find a way to do this short of putting the target mp3 file in as the link. When I do that, it opens a new tab in the browser that plays the track and I can right click to download but I would like a way to just click on a download button and it downloads it to their computer. Is there any way to do this?

I tried this but I end up with a server error. Exactly where in the file should I add it?

I was away for a bit but I finally got the chance to try the new code. It doesn’t cause the server error problem but the download button still just sends me to a separate play screen. It seems this should be an easy fix. Any other ideas? I tried pasting the code in different areas of the htaccess file but nothing seems to work.
