Virtually all customers who purchase a course receive this message when they try to login (in any browser, mobile and/or desktop). I always advise everyone to clear the cache, but it does not help.
Please help me because I am having to give money back to everyone who is not able to log in to the site.
I’m using PHP version 7.1
Wordpress, plugins and Academy in its latest version

Thank you for the clarification. I have come across a couple of such cases recently. Is there any way to change this restriction to e.g. 4, to prevent misuse of the account and reduce the likelihood of a problem for users?
