Cannot Access Purchased Courses

I am having trouble with users not having access to purchased courses. Although the order is processed successfully, the course doesn’t appear on the user’s profile (and if they go directly to the course it shows the option to buy it again).
It seems the plan/status associated with the course isn’t being applied to the user’s account when the course is purchased. For example, I have a test account I created some time ago that shows “Premium subscription active” on the profile and I have access to the purchased courses. The account I created that isn’t working shows “No courses yet” on the profile, even though I successfully purchased one. I am not sure what I did differently between these two accounts, but one works and the other doesn’t. Both accounts have the same user role.
I am having this same issue – test user not having access to purchased courses. Do you have a video on this, I really don’t understand how to do this. Thanks!
I went into Woocommerce and marked order “completed” (1) will I have to do this all the time? after I marked it completed – user still could not access course!

Can someone please help me …. users are not able to see paid courses on their profile……
