After this last update (2.19), users are not being automatically added in subscription plans. What could be happening?
Would I have to add some code?

I have some cases, that even after the request is left as “completed”, the student user is not entered into the subscription plan that was purchased.
I even noticed that the student’s name is no longer appearing, but the user’s name.
1. E-mail the data to access
2. I understood perfectly. It was even one of the problems I faced with the names of some of the same students.
